Yellowish  beaten egg-yolk puff floats on Robusta coffee

Sweetness  and bitterness blends together in the egg coffee cup

The secret of this hot drink lies in the angelic texture of the egg mixture. Usually, people whisk egg yolk with sugar and a bit of condensed milk until it becomes a rich and shiny yellow paste. Then, the egg mixture is directly poured into the hot coffee for fresh serving. The egg coffee preparation is considered a real beverage. Although all making steps occur just in a short period of time, they require precision and techniques from the skillful hand of the coffee masters.
Just one small sip and you may delightfully say: “It’s my cup of egg coffee!”
